A Question Regarding Module Assets

I plan on running two campaigns in Roll 20, one that I've put together myself, and a module I've yet to purchase. My game is hitting level 6 soon, but due to scheduling conflicts is slowing down which is why I was going to run Out of the Abyss for another group of players. Now I was wondering, if I were to purchase the Out of the Abyss bundle for 40 dollars, would I be able to reuse assets like magic items and monster tokens in my own game, since I purchased them off the marketplace? Or would I be unable to do so?
Once you've purchased a module you're able to recreate that module as many times as you would like. The only sticking point will be that you can't just insert the module assets into a different game - you have to move them, either with the character vault, or by saving them locally and then re-uploading them into whichever other game, or using the Transmogrifier (a Pro subscriber feature - but the easiest/fastest way).

Or the game is created with a module that grants Full Vault Access. There are a number of them. https://wiki.roll20.net/Character_Vault#All_Access_Vault

Does that limitation apply to the GM? The description in the Help Center seems to leave that open for the GM, but limit it for players.

@kraynic its a little more complicated. Whether you can export/import from/to a game from/to a vault depends on 1) the subscription of the vault owner - free vs plus/pro 2) the subscription of the game owner - free vs plus/pro 3) the way the game is created - All_Access_Vault or not 4) the settings of the game - allow players to import characters yes/no 5) the role of the vault owner in the game - creator/gm/player. Given the more generic guestion of this thread i will spare everybody the full table of possibilities.
@Greg J. No, we can not use purchased materials into a separate game normally. I wanna use some items from Waterdeep or maybe I wanna pull the NPC from another module into this one, well unless it's with the Transmogrifier like Jarren K. mentioned, (not sure if its an APi or what not), then we can't normally. Which is a bummer honestly. I mean, you know how much Id like to use Durnan in a map but unless I have started the game with a module with him buit in, I have to remake him every time unless I make a PC as him

NPC sheets are character sheet, so they could be transferred with the Character vault to other games, along with associated token. As a Plus user you can import/export characters between any games you are GM or the creator have enabled import/export.
