Add "GM's Eyes Only" to Compendium Setting Options

I want to run a D&D 5e module that has an associated compendium expansion. I also want to share my overall compendium with my players so that they have access to spells from the Player's Handbook and Xanathar's Guide to Everything, without exposing them to accidental spoilers from the module itself. I realize I can exclude a particular compendium expansion from a game, but doing so for the module's compendium expansion means I as the GM can't use it either! Is there any way to add a "GM's eyes only" to the Compendium Settings options? Thanks!
I have also encountered this same issue, please fix.
