Character is getting additional +4[p] damage on all attacks

This is a Starfinder character sheet issue.  This is driving me crazy and I can't figure out where the additional damage is coming from. On hover I can see the following: Then looking at the settings for the weapon I see: They seem to be the only person with this issue. I've gone through all of the settings as best I can and still am unclear on where this is coming from. The damage roll should just be the 1d4. Any advice on what to check or how to debug this?

From a quick look at the sheet, if you have a global damage mod from something in the Abilities tab or the Buffs frame, that's where it will show up. Check both of those sections for a mod saying "4 p to damage" or similar. Also, remember to specify which game you're playing & which sheet you're using when asking for help, it makes it much easier to assist.
This is for the Starfinder character sheet. I checked both of those areas as well. Since they're level one they don't have any buffs and I'm not seeing anything added under the abilities either.  I'm now getting a +1[p]... Not sure what I changed though.

If you add another attack, does it happen when you roll that one?
Yep, if we do a full attack right now it's a +4 still on both. Rolled a single attack again and got a +6! It does seem to be changing each time. Although sometimes consistently changing?  I also looked through the attributes and abilities tab but I can't find this mysterious +??p

What comes up if you type @{selected|repeating_attack_$0_damage_misc} into chat with your token selected? Also try these, see if any of these Attributes turn up a value: @{selected|repeating_ability_$0_mods} @{selected|repeating_ability_$1_mods} @{selected|repeating_ability_$2_mods} @{selected|repeating_ability_$3_mods} @{selected|repeating_buff_$0_mods} @{selected|repeating_buff_$1_mods} @{selected|repeating_buff_$2_mods} @{selected|repeating_buff_$3_mods} I don't play SF and the sheet isn't public, I'm not really sure what else on the sheet could be getting thrown in there.
Seems like all pretty reasonable stuff - 1 insight to initiative 1 to rp are the only mods it seems, nothing that would generate a random value.
Oh wait, I missed the first one. @{selected|repeating_attack_$0_damage_misc} comes back with our weird value:&nbsp; selected|repeating_buff_$2_mods selected|repeating_buff_$3_mods +<span class="inlinerollresult showtip tipsy-n-right fullcrit" original-title=" Rolling {{1d6},{0}}kl1 + {{1d6},{0}}kh1 = {{( 4 )}+{0}}+{{( 6 )}+{0}}" style="box-sizing: content-box; background-color: rgb(254, 246, 142); border: 2px solid rgb(63, 179, 21); padding: 0px 3px; font-weight: bold; cursor: help; font-size: 1.1em;">6 [p]
What is weird though is nothing is listed in the buff tab of the sheet.&nbsp;
