bump please!!!! Or is it just because its a sequel and all the other things and rules and ideas are in Waterdeep pack??? It would be actually nice to know this and put my mind at ease please??? Or is this a bug? Is this TOM? How the heck do i run this modual??? I need help... please???? **Ok its official, i watched *how to run dungeons of the mad mage* for 2 mins and the guy said **It leads driectly on from Dragon Heist*** There is no warning text before you buy this modual - i could have bought Dragon Heist itself.... Why is there no warning for this modual??? (Google says it can easily be used as a stand alone!!!!!!! But that is not the case here!!!!) How do refunds work? do they even happen? are they even allowed???

Hi Alt_hazar, You can request a refund by writing to team@roll20.net or filing a Help Center Request . That being said, The module is intended to be standalone. I'm not sure why the reviewer said what they did. The module comes with everything in the print book. There should be maps, notes, tokens, etc. Did you go through the preliminary handouts: "Adventure Hooks", and "Undermountain Overview"? They are in the folder "Undermountain Overview". This particular module is not central storyline-driven like some recent modules but more of a giant dungeon crawl with many different quests. If you have any specific questions about how to run it on Roll20, please post, and hopefully someone can give a hand. But refunds are available if this is not a module to your liking.

Unless I am missing something in your screenshots, it clearly shows that you bought the map and card deck addon. That is only the maps and card deck, and is only intended for people that own the physical copy and don't want/need all the rest of the content. https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/gameaddon/492/waterdeep-dungeon-of-the-mad-mage-map-and-card-deck-addon The full module which has all the info you are looking for (including all the maps and card decks that you bought in the addon) is a different product. You also don't want to use them together because the addon will overwrite the blank addon maps over the populated module maps. https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/bundle/3826/waterdeep-dungeon-of-the-mad-mage I believe all marketplace issues are supposed to run through the Help Center ticket system. If you need a refund for what you bought, that is one of the drop down categories. Bugs with marketplace items are another. It looks to me like you may have purchase the wrong product by mistake. https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

here is a better screenshot to prove it https://www.dropbox.com/s/gpag53egn17uyxt/Screenshot%202020-10-15%2022.25.06.png?dl=0 and yes i have sent a ticket - mentioning it here, just in case there is a fix which is what the first thing to do is right?
Based on what Kraynic said, have you created a new game using the Waterdeep MODULE? If Kraynic thinks that only the Map & Card Deck addon has been added to your game, then maybe you created a blank game or used an existing game and tried adding Waterdeep to it? The marketplace link you provided says: How do I access all of my content? Create a new game and choose Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage from the module list. See the Marketplace Module Help Center article for more information.
ohhhh FFS!!!!! Its on the side board >>> LOL... the confusing thing for me was that it said *to access addons etc...* and the reason i got confused by that was because i had to do this with a *Custom comunity module* to make it work, so i just assumed... + I have ASD... so i get told one way to do x because x and think it should be done that way from that point on... my bad - sorry about my stress, and thank you everyone for your advice and help... so annoying that (in my eyes) its not exactly clear to say *to access blahblah go to your addons ... to access the module go to this help section** Why not just say **to access the module, look in the side board when creating a game*??? lol Oh well, fixed now, thanks again and sorry for the **nub**

Just to save you (and anyone else reading this) any extra pain: if you install a Module that also has an Addon version for maps, tokens and cards, never install the Addon in a game created with the Module. This will only overwrite many items and make a general mess. The Module already contains everything the Addon has. There are warnings about not doing this, but there's a lot of info on a marketplace page that can be lost without careful reading.
yes, thank you very much for that future reff... i have heard about this - my main issue that *installing* the module itself is not very clear, i have re-read the **module install info* on the *market place item* and not once can i see it saying **install this module from the side board** and i believe it should :) This matter is now solved and once again sorry for my confusion and stress in this

I've had 30 years of dealing with bug reports with various levels of detail. It's always nice to know that I haven't lost my touch yet ;-)

To create a new game, click on the Start New Game option from the site menu. The column on the right-hand side of the page is titled Optional: Choose a Module . Clicking on the Rime of the Frostmaiden cover image will select this module as the base for your new game.
