Measurement tool incorrect when grid enabled?

See images below. When grid is enabled both measurements are 46m. Is this the expected behavior with the grid? When the grid is disabled the length of the diagonal line is computed correctly. I've toggled the grid on/off and reloaded the page but same thing.

You can change the way the ruler calculations work in either the Default Game Settings page (for all maps), or for individual pages/maps on the relevant page Settings menu. Looks like you are set to D&D 4E/5E compatible, which counts diagonal squares, not using the pythagorean theroum. Sounds like you want it set to "Euclidean"

This measures a diagonal move as 1 unit. This simplifies the counting of squares at the expense of realism.
Got it. Thanks for the help!!
