Table format in external journal

When a table is entered in a handout, there is some padding in the cells, and you can see the borders. When the table is viewed in the external journal, there is no padding and no visible borders. Is there a way to get the tables in the external journal to have the same styling as in the handouts when viewed in game?

You'll probably need to manually add inline styles to the tables that set the borders and padding the way you want then in both places.

What is the best way for that? Inspect the HTML and add it in?

That's how I generally do it for one offs.  If it's something you always want added, an API script could inject it for you on change.
