Hi i am currently playing a new campain , when we started i was able too view the interactive map but when the DM changed the map it loaded but did not show the map i tried refreshing chrome and tried using firefox and nothing worked

Use chrome.  If your connection is crap, then it may take a long time based on map size

As a DM, I've had this happen to a player. I've had to move THEM to a different map and then back to the map that everybody should be on. This usually gets them back to seeing a map.
