Updated Dynamic Lighting not working for one player

I subscribed to the Pro subscription specifically for Dynamic Lighting, but I can't get it to work for one of my players. Everyone else is seeing everything perfectly, I have done Ctrl+L on their token and when I look it appears to be working - but it isn't working for them on their login. Initially, they saw just black, then for a period of time they were seeing the screenshot below - showing them unrevealed areas of the map, but not showing them what they were meant to be seeing. The player tried a different browser and tried reinstalling chrome - he only installed chrome in the first place specifically for Roll20 so he has no extensions, etc which could be messing with the dynamic lighting. We tried clearing the cache, restarting chrome but none of it was working.  - What the player is seeing  - what I am seeing  - what I see when I click his token and Ctrl+L

I should add that, after we finished playing, I got the players login and tested what I could see on a different map - When I dropped the token in as the player, then as the GM added dynamic lighting and saved the settings, the moment the player moved the token/clicked on it or anything it immediately turned off the dynamic lighting again.

Does it work properly when the roll20 VTT enhancement extension is disabled?
