Hi, I am trying to add dragon scale mail to a PC. However, after "dropping from compendium" the AC isnt calculating using the Scale Mail +1. I have also tried dropping in a Frost Brand, and again, the weapon doesnt actually do anything (e.g. fixed damage of 2). How do you use the compendium to give PCs usable magic items?
