Certain Player icon STILL remains in Roll20 game

Hello everyone! I've had this issue for quite some time, and it's only with one of my players. I am 100% certain that they're NOT in the current game(s), but their icon STILL remains. Is there any solution to this? My icon is on the left, just so you know.

This is what happens when they just close the page/tab instead of using the exit game button in the settings tab of the Roll20 game.  I'm not aware of anything you can do about it other than training your players to properly exit the game at the end of the session.

It’s also harmless.
