One pesky token and player can only see a black screen during games- all other players can see fine.

Hi folks, I have got an issue where one player/token out of a party of five can only see a black screen on each map. Every other player/token can see the map and all tokens have exactly the same settings. Is there anything else that can be the issue, maybe some kind of setting on their laptop or roll20 account? Always good to double-check that the token has "has sight" (LDL) or "Vision" (UDL) selected, and that their token has the "controlled by" property correctly set. Sometimes changes are made to a token and the character's default token is not saved, so the next time it is dragged out from the journal it loses the changed settings. Assuming good, when player refreshes the browser does it come back? What browser are they using? Only Chrome and Firefox are officially supported. Are they running any extensions? Have them disable extensions and/or run it in a "in private" browsing window.
