What character sheet are you using in that game? Did those rolls work normally before? Are you the creator of the game, or is someone else hosting it? If someone else created it, have they installed any API scripts in the game? Are you the only one experiencing this, or does it also affect the other people in the game?

That looks like a corrupt chat log. To fix it, you can clear it from the settings drop down on the Launch page => clear chat log.
