Allow a dice roll to act a query ?{1d4|1,Hi|2,...}

I would be great if you could do something like  ?{1d4|1,Hi|2,Bye|3,What's Up|4, Something else} I understand that rollable tables can be used for this, but that involves a GM creating one for every situation where it might be wanted, and having it clog up the game. The above example would allow players to do it themselves and not create many, many tables for a single player that likes to add flavor
