Card deck Question

So I have some questions to card decks and how to handle them: 1) Is there a way to temporary remove one card out of each stack without anybody knowing which card it was( not even the gm)? 2) After removing the cards out of the stacks I want to merge the remaining cards together in one stack. Is this possible? I could do this by hand but then the GM would know which card got temporary removed in step 1. Thanks in advance!! (And sorry for bad english.)

1. Except for dealing the card face down to the table top where nobody will look at it, I don't know any way to do this. 2. You can't merge card decks in Roll20. IMHO, the card deck system needs a complete rewrite as it does not support so many of the card deck mechanics that many card deck games have.
