My gaming buddy is having issues, he hasnt been able to pan or select on the map, any time he tries to pan it moves the screen in a small motion with blaank slots where it moves. Is IoS not supported?

Roll20 generally works on all systems (although there can be system specific issues that do crop up). However, Roll20 only supports Firefox and Chrome browsers. If your friend is on a Mac he might be using Safari, which is not supported. I'd suggest trying a supported browser first. If that doesn't work, have your friend follow the troubleshooting steps here: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/3/read-first-submitting-bug-reports-and-faq

In addition to what Loren said, Roll20 also has issues with Touch-screens. A quick code-fix solution has been suggested to Roll20, but there was no Official response from Roll20 on this: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8372158/handling-devices-with-stylus-and-touchscreens More threads about issues on touch screen devices: (dozens of users asking, many of them unanswered, some offer third-party hacks and workarounds, or methods to configure browser settings to improve touch performance yourself), https://app.roll20.net/forum/search?q=touch%20screen&c=
Thanks for the info
Looks like chrome is working for my gaming buddy
