December 19 - Big Problems With Logging In

Roll20 Team/Community I am a Pro-level member. On December 19 between the hours of 7:00pm and 12:00pm est, my level of frustration with the Roll20 platform was at an all time high. As the GM, I was experiencing frequent issues with being booted from the game. That’s fine, but there were repeated attempts to get back into my game and was continuously unable to do so. After 30 minutes or so, I was a finally able to get back in and get the game going. Is there anyone on the Roll20 team or in the Community that can call me if there were issues that could have effected performance? I am really frustrated and am close to canceling my subscription. Thank you

I saw another report of extreme lag during that evening, from a friend. Oddly, I myself was playing on a huge map with dozens and dozens of pieces and experienced lag with everything else on my computer except Roll20, which ticked right along. Looking at http://status.roll20.net/, I see that one shard had a slight hiccup yesterday. It only reported 2 minutes of downtime, but I am pretty ignorant of how that translates into user experience.
I also encountered this problem and it just seemed to be as the GM Starting at around 8PM PST My connection to the server kept getting dropped.I was having to relog in about every 20 minutes or so. This continued until we called the game at midnight My WiFI checked out Ok and like I stated the players had no problems . I was thinking that since I am running DoMM and it has huge maps with lots of tokens that the servers are getting overloaded.. This does not seem to happen on games that use fewer resources
