Reveal Specific Areas with Updated Dynamic Lighting

With the Updated Dynamic Lightning system, is there a way to permanently reveal specific areas of the map? For example, if I'm using a WotC created map from one of the campaign books, is there a way to use dynamic lighting for the players exploring the dungeon, but permanently reveal the title of the map? Maybe a better way to phrase the question: is there a way to designate an area of the map that isn't affected by dynamic lighting and is just permanently visible to the players at all times? Thanks for any help!

You can't turn off dynamic lighting for part of a map. You could put dynamic lines around something you want people to see and use the Light Crumbs trick so that it is visible to players all the time. https://app.roll20.net/forum/permalink/7539533/

I thought the reveal tool still worked? I haven't used UDL for some time though.
