Unable to move player token

My DM has set permissions to allow me to move my token, but I can't despite multiple refreshes on his and my part. 

Are you able to selected the token?

If you can't select it, the token might be on the Map Layer.

Also, make sure the actual token as placed is set correctly: It should be linked to a character sheet, and that sheet should have both permissions slots assigned to you. I say check "as placed", because even if those permissions were set properly, if the default token was not saved properly (eg. after setting permissions), then the token would not necessarily be controllable by you.
