Memory error leveling up in 5th Edition Charactermancer

Everytime I try and level my wizard from 11 to 12, I get stuck on the spell selection page which takes forever to lod and then crashes with a fatal memory error... I have tried from a desktop and a laptop, neither of which have a memory issue of their own. Now when I log into that character it automatically puts me right back at that point so I am sort of stuck in a loop of not being able to use this character.

You could try leveling the character from a Private Browsing window, to see if an extension is interfering.

You should be able to get the charactermancer unstuck by finding the lpmancer_status Attribute and setting it to its default value. I'm not sure how to stop it failing again though, I would try what Keith suggested, and even another browser/PC if possible. Otherwise, see if your GM can do it for you and just add your spells with drag & drop afterwards.
Ok.. So I tried to level it in a private window... no dice.. didn't work.. same issue. So... I kind of took Oosh's thought process... While it was loading the spell page, I quickly clicked next to skip past the adding of the two spells... and I was able to update him that way... I will just manually drag and drop the spells in afterwards... Thanks for the help guys.
