Tried to buy a gift Roll20 gave me error messages and then charged my card four times anyway. What can I do? I can't get a clear answer at all.

Hello, I tried to give a gift of $20 today. The process on your site was not easy, and I was met with an error message when I tried to process my account. Because the page gave me no info about if the purchase went through, it instead kept giving me an error message. So in my mind, the gift should only go through once, but due to the technical error with your site, it went through four times. I don’t have that money. I was trying to do something nice to my GM, the whole group is chipping in and I can’t tell if you charged me four times, or not at all. Bad service guys. I demand a refund for the fraudulent charges. As well as an accounting of why your service posts errors while still charging a credit card. This not only ruins our group gift because it looks like I sent money I don't have.  Calling the credit card company for help. But this is a serious thumbs down for me.  Any one else? Any one had success?

The best bet is to file a&nbsp; Help Center Request . You can also try writing to <a href="mailto:team@gmail.com" rel="nofollow">team@gmail.com</a> . I have done what I can to call team attention to this. They will likely contact you directly to resolve this, to preserve your account privacy.

Just curious though... you will be refunding me for the three extra charges, but the initial charge is good to go?
I had the same thing and tried a few times to get thru. My Mastercard says I changed hundreds of dollars worth and my fit went through because my dm got320 more than I intended.&nbsp; Ticket number&nbsp; for support is 39788.

Yeah, I also had this happen, Roll20 double charged me. It happened because I made a mistake on which Paypal account I selected, and I turned the Paypal window off, reloaded, and did the transaction again. Instead of having a verification window it just sent both of them through, including the one to the wrong account, resulting in me getting an additional $20 charge from that bank. However, I didn't bother to try correct, I just said 'screw it I guess my DM's getting an amazing donation'. I don't want to decrease her joy of finally being able to get sourcebooks and stuff, but I would definitely add a 'this is the order you have selected, are you sure this is the purchase details you want?' page for gifting money to avoid what seems to be the glitch that caused my duplicated charge. Some proper validation and consent instead of just approving as soon as Paypal triggers it as complete.
Same here, bought two items from the store for ~100$, charged on PayPal but didn't received anything... opened a ticket and still waiting. Let's hope for some help. &nbsp;

Frostyle, was this also a gift, like the other two posters, or for a marketplace item? Sometimes an issue occurs when the item is in a place the user doesn't expect.

no it wasn't a gift, i bought rise of the runelords and bestiary 2nd edition for pathfinder, after that, i've unlocked the pdf version on my linked paizo.com account but didn't received anything on "My marketplace Items" in roll20 PS: sry for my bad english&nbsp; PPS:&nbsp; oh if i try to buy it again now i can have it with a discounted price cause now i already have the pdf versions in my paizo account... but i've already bought it at a full price and i don't want to pay again&nbsp;

Hopefully, Roll20 can help with the pricing issue. As for the others, ignore what the "My marketplace Items" page says for the moment. Can you create a new game using the Runelords module? Can you see the monsters in the Compendium tab of a game using the PF2 compendium ? How about on the Compendium page for PF2. I don't think the two products can be used together of course. One is PF, the other PF2.
roll20 team have partially solved my problem, they've added the items to my account.&nbsp; No, i wasn't be able to create a new game with rise of runelords module or access to the compendium monster page for pf2. i'm tryng to adapt the campaign for pf 2
