Hello, I tried to give a gift of $20 today. The process on your site was not easy, and I was met with an error message when I tried to process my account. Because the page gave me no info about if the purchase went through, it instead kept giving me an error message. So in my mind, the gift should only go through once, but due to the technical error with your site, it went through four times. I don’t have that money. I was trying to do something nice to my GM, the whole group is chipping in and I can’t tell if you charged me four times, or not at all. Bad service guys. I demand a refund for the fraudulent charges. As well as an accounting of why your service posts errors while still charging a credit card. This not only ruins our group gift because it looks like I sent money I don't have. Calling the credit card company for help. But this is a serious thumbs down for me. Any one else? Any one had success?
