Yes you can play Gamma word by finding a Dm that runs it here... Yes you can run Gamma world by being a DM here and running a Gamma World game No you cant import modules purchased elsewhere into roll20. But you can recreate the module in roll20 by importing digital images and making them the backgrounds in new pages. By creating the NPC's & Monsters by adding new character sheets to the journal and creating tokens for them..
