Code Beautify updated and the Pathfinder Community Sheet is no longer accepting imports from it. It outputs errors when you try to update the sheet from Code Beautify for Hero Lab imports. Please advise!

I'll do some investigation. EDIT: Looks like you can use the Convert Json site: https://www.convertjson.com/xml-to-json.htm instead of Beautify: https://codebeautify.org/xmltojson and works as expected. Also; I was able to use the Leigh M.'s Hero Lab Pathfinder Exporter plug-in method listed on the sheet's wiki page. Download and install Leigh M.'s Hero Lab Pathfinder Exporter plug-in for Hero Lab (to install you must double-click the .hl file while Hero Lab is not running). There have been reports of this plugin causing the Mac OS X version of Hero Lab to crash when attempting to save using it; if you experience this, you will have to use the second method. From Hero Lab, open the File menu and choose "Save Custom Output". Select "Roll20 Pathfinder" and "Current Hero Only", then click Output. Open the HTM file in a text editor and copy the entire contents. wiki info: https://wiki.roll20.net/Pathfinder_Community_Sheet#HeroLab_Character_import I'll update the steps listed on the sheet to match my findings. Thanks Kirvosh
The link you provided to https://www.convertjson.com/xml-to-json.htm works perfectly for what my wife & I need. Thank you so very much!

Hi Wallace, are you having an issue with the Pathfinder Companion Script?

While I know it is frowned upon to resurrect a thread, the same issue is happening again. This is what the character sheet outputs when I try to update it: Cannot read property 'special' of undefined. I have followed your instructions to the letter. Sunday it worked and for whatever reason, it is not reading the JSON information now. The Exporter Plug-in Works perfectly though.

I'll investigate and report back. Thanks Kirvosh
Your welcome! By the way, Thank you for all the times of fast responding and personally, I love your sheet over the awful official Paizo one that I am sometimes forced to use.

I was just able to import a new hl character using the https://www.convertjson.com/ without error. Are you getting an error no matter the character? If so, I'll test with a couple of others. I have worked on the PF Community sheet, but there have been lots of other very talented volunteers that are mostly responsible for the sheet. But I thank you on behalf of all sheet authors. ;-)

I tried to test it with other characters and was receiving the same errors. Though, even if you do find yourself unable to duplicate my current issue with the web browser. The plugin you recommended I download and install works extremely well for what is needed.

Hi Wallace, are you having an issue with the Pathfinder Companion Script? That was a spam post disguised as a roll20 post. See the Nox link at the end?

Not sure about the manual method though. ;-( I was able to import 4 different characters using the xml to json method without any errors. Feel free to send me a PM with the exported xml file(s) if you like and I'll see if I get the same error for them.
