Unable to build character with Fey touched (TCE) feat in charactermancer

The issue is on the spell dropdown. If you don't choose a spell, you will be able to save

Also having this issue with fey touched. The issue I see is that it will not present a drop down menu for spells. If adding it at a higher level, it only shows the spell list you already have.
