problem with one players map view

I have a player that is having a problem seeing everything on the map. She can see the map layer and her token but not anything else on the token layer (she can see something if I move it to map layer) or dynamic lighting. The map also looks darkened and grey. She is on a mac and doesn't have issues with the other game she's on. I have checked everything I can think of : -i turned on sight and dark vision for her token -dynamic lighting is on in map settings -daylight mode is on in map settings -I have explorer mode on -I even tried having the token admit light This is the first time I have had this issue. Please Help!
Have you tried using a Dummy account to see if you experience the same thing? Or tried adding that player as a controller for a different character? If you have the same issue as the player while using a Dummy account, and/or if the player is able to see normally through other characters/tokens, that will help you narrow down the issue to the character sheet or token settings.  If you don't have the same issue with a Dummy account and/or the player has the same issue viewing from other player's characters' tokens, then the issue is likely on their computer and not in-game.

Try giving her permission on another (working) token to isolate the problem to the player's browser, or the token itself. Can she select & move the token? Are other tokens on this map functioning properly? Does her token definitely have the correct lighting settings for the lighting type used on the map?
