Add Search Functionality to Campaign Forums

This one keeps popping up, but never seems to get enough momentum/votes all at once to make it into the dev pipeline. Campaign forums are a useful tool that, if you use it a lot, becomes less and less useful thanks to clutter and no system for tagging and searching. In these times of exclusively-online-playing, my group has found that being able to RP b/n sessions, do post-game recaps, discuss downtime actions, etc. via the forums is a fantastic way to keep the enthusiasm strong. However, after only a few months, we're starting to have trouble finding 'that one post where that was said' and 'wasn't there a comment in a post about..' etc. I can effectively search any of the Roll20 forum categories, but I can't actually search my own campaign forum.  Seems like we ought to be able to make that happen.
