HELP, cards are duplicated despite deck shuffled

I have a deck of 30 cards that are all unique. I recall all and then shuffle before every game. The settings : Cards in deck are infinite is UNCHECKED The games we play never need the deck shuffled as the most cards that will be played/drawn is 28. I'm having games where a duplicate cards are coming up where two players get the same card in their hand.  What am I doing wrong? Settings?  Thanks in advance

I don't know, but there have been Updates to Card Decks feature very recently.&nbsp; (It's bulk card uploading, and by the way, some of the bug reports on the new Card Uploader said a similar-sounding error, the uploader put multiple copies of cards). Your issue may be related, or not. Could it be a glitch? It doesn't happen all the time and I did check to see if the uploader put multiple copies of cards- it didn't. When it happens, it really affects play.

Could be, I don't know. I think if you want to file a formal bug report or Help Request, you might have to use roll20's "Help Center" feature now.&nbsp; Not sure if they respond on this forum anymore.
