A couple newbie questions

Hi everybody, hope you could help with a could newbie issues;  1) when I as a DM create notes in my game (setted only as appearing in my journal and only edited by me) I can only access each note once (i.e. when I close the pop-up window it's no more clickable and I cannot re-open it again until I abandon and re-enter the game); what am I doing wrong? 2) Even if all my players are setted with possibility to edit and control their own PCs, some of them aren't able to control the token or even open theirs character sheets; again, what am I doing wrong? and where can I completely give them control of their own features?  Any help greatly appreciated!

1. This is a bug currently when a character sheet is 'popped out' (either by clicking the small button on the top-left of the character sheet, just to the left of the name; or if you have 'Use Window Popouts for Characters' selected on the game settings tab).  2. Most likely you don't have the Token set up correctly. Make sure that the token is set up with the 'Represents Character' as the name of the PC.  One thing that many new players don't realize is that when you adjust a token's settings, it does not automatically adjust the default token for the character sheet it is linked to . So if you want to have a token always represent a character, make any adjustments you want, and the final step you take will be to open the character sheet, remove the default token and then select the updated token and use that as the default token for the character sheet. When the default token is saved to a character sheet, it is of a 'snapshot' of the token at that moment in time, so when you pull a token out from the journal in the future, it will look exactly how it is set up when it is saved as the default, without any adjustments that are made after that point.
Thank you so much!  1) and this happens to notes, also, other than character sheets? Because it seems to me (at least, the last time I’ve checked) that character sheets work fine and I can close and reopen them any time I want. Is there some procedure to going around this?  2) ok, I’m gonna double check this and follow your indications!  Much appreciated! :-)
By 'notes' do you mean handouts?  I'm pretty sure this bug effects any handout or character sheet. If it gets opened in a 'popped out' window and closed, then it cannot be reopened until the game is restarted (or the page is refreshed).  I'm not sure if this bug is only in Chrome (as that's the browser I use) or if it's something to do with Roll20.  I just make sure to keep handouts and character sheets open within Roll20 instead of popping them out, so I'm not sure beyond that.
Yes, sorry, in the Italian version the translation sounds something like “note”, for both handouts and character sheets. I’m using chrome, too, I’m gonna try another browser on first occasion, just to be sure. It’s strange, though, that I encountered the issue just with handouts and not with sheets... I’m gonna test it further. Thanks!
