If I have a multy sided token, for my barbarian for example; one normal, one for rage. Is it possible to have the token change automatically when i toggle rage? or for a fallen aasimar and their necrotic shroud?

That could be achieved with API, which requires Pro subscription. Maybe combining TokenMod with something else.
