I purchased some token markers from the Marketplace but I don't see them as options to assign in StatusInfo. Is there a way to use new Marketplace Markers with StatusInfo?

StatusInfo was written and pretty much abandoned before the new token marker system was developed. It may not be compatible out of the box. You might want to look into CombatMaster, since StatusInfo was kind of rolled into it.
