Can't send private messages

Hi Roll20 folks I have a problem sending private messages. I saw an old post saying that I *might* be able to fix this problem by posting a message in the forums and passing the Captcha test. I am hereby posting a useless message... Cheers, Chris

Hi Roll20 folks If anyone else is struggling with this tedious problem (goodbye 2 hours of my life spent trying numerous other ways to get in touch with the content creator - using icognito browsers - using different browers - cache clearing - google, Twitter, instagram searches) I can confirm that YES this method did work, at least for me.
