Token bars, names, and icons scaled oddly?

We're playing Waterdeep Dungeon of the Mad Mage, having just finished Waterdeep Dragon Heist, and all of the token features are scaled oddly and too large. This started happening on the WDM maps as well: The GM has the map scale set to 5', tokens are the normal size of 5'. Is there anything we can do to fix this? It's quite frustrating.
