Looking for 5e D&D DM for Weekly Paid Campaign

We have 4 players, all experienced with either TTRPG (Pathfinder, D&D) and/or live RP. We are going to run a D&D campaign for an upcoming weekly stream. This will be entertaining and need someone who is comfortable with thinking on their feet as things will NOT be done in a typical way. Their corresponding RP needs to be realistic enough to reward/punish poor plans and or rolls that go along with it. We are not against paying for a game if the ability of the DM warrants that. Here are the things to note: 4 Players Ready to Start D&D 5e (ONLY) Paid Date/Time TBD Must Be Creative, Energetic, Engaging, Fun DM with questions or to schedule a quick one shot to test us out. Ok I have to ask, what do you mean not in a typical way? Derail the DM adventure he puts work into? Or just being chaotic and doing stuff on the fly?

I am totally down to do this! I love players who are unorthodox, and I have an amazing homebrew I think you would all enjoy!

So we are more creative and chaotic with our problem solving. We do not derail per say, just take unorthodox routes to get to the same result. We are not known for taking the easy way out if that makes sense!

I'm with Dan on this. It sounds interesting! I'm kind of a n00b DM, but have been a player in the past, and as an Agile team lead and coach for Software Development for 10+ years, 20 years total team development experience, I like to think my collaboration skills and creativity are top notch. At least initially I wouldn't ask for anything to run a one-shot or short multi-session arc, but I've been considering getting into paid DM work, and am actively honing my craft as the DM of a current campaign that's lasted nearly a year so far. Even as a player, this group is pinging pretty strongly against my "eclectic sensor" and as a novelty addict, I love to experience new things and meet new people, and to work together with them to create something unique and amazing. Whether I, or Dan, DMs... meh. Ya'll sound fun. Schedule permitting, I'm down, count me in.
