Please make a Help Request. If they get enough of these, they might be able to track the problem down. I know that it started happening at the end of January, that it strikes with both free and paid accounts, and that the people who mentioned a browser said they were using either Google Chrome or something Chromium-based. (If a user reported experiencing this issue on Firefox, I missed it.) It would be especially useful if you are able to find steps to reproduce this issue in a new game. A couple of people found that the problem went away after they updated their browser, switched browsers (to Firefox), or restarted their computers. Mind you, I don't know whether the problem subsequently recurred, but at least they were able to play that night. Bug reporting steps from Roll20: Please carefully work through to these first three steps from our documentation for Reporting a Bug : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If these do not resolve the issue, please thoroughly work through Step 4 (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) and submit through our web form once completed.
