ERROR: Unable to find character to edit. Help

Estou com um problema com as fichas de personagem, eu não consigo acessar nenhuma ficha que eu criei e nenhuma ficha que eu tente criar funciona, as fichas abrem e ficam travadas na tela só sendo possível minimizar elas e quando tento editar ela e diz ERROR: Unable to find character to edit. Já tentei outros navegadores, no momento estou usando o opera GX e até alguns minutos atrás estava tudo funcionando, quando de repente deu este problema, já fiz a limpeza do cachê e até entrei pelo celular mas o problema continua.  Por favor tenho um jogo planejado pra essa quinta-feira e esse problema estragou todo meu hype para criar a história e os mapas e parar para pesquisar como resolver esse problema é muito estressante no sentido de (Acho que eu perdi todo meu trabalho até agora).

I am seeing the same issue and the same error. I have tried with both Firefox and Chrome, and on two different games. Neither the PCs nor NPCs load (I just get a blank popup) and if I click "Edit" then I get the "ERROR: Unable to find character to edit" message as well

I've also going through the same issues and the same error. Have tried all ways to clear this.

I'm having it too.  The character sheet is also ingoring the pop out setting, and trying to open in window.  My GM can access the sheet fine & no other players in the game are having the issue.

Yep got the same issue here with tonight's Warhammer 2e game. Can't access any PCs or NPCs just getting same problem as 'OldGregg' Cheers Nick

Same problem here, Shadowrun 5e, some players can access their sheets, I (as GM) cannot get any character or NPC infos.

I cannot access any character sheets atm and Have prep to do for Wednesday, do we have a timeline for a fix?

I reloaded my browser and was able to open one character sheet. But every sheet after that is a spinning circle of nothingness. Update: re-loaded browser again and again. Now sheets are starting to open. Takes a while but the spinning purple eventually resolves. Re-update: inconsistent behavior. Can open several sheets in a row. Minutes later can't open even a single sheet and this is despite reloading the browser.

Confirming issue is ongoing as of 1340PT. Character was reset approx 1200PT then I edited him to level 5 as he should be. Just logged back in and he's back to level one, and defaulted to the charactermancer. using the Pathfinder Character Sheet.

I'm noticing an issue also where if an Ability on a character sheet is opened, then the character sheet is closed, then the character sheet is reopened, you cannot open any Abilities on that character sheet until refreshing the entire page. I've tested on two different games, on my GM account and a player (non-GM) account, and in an incognito browser with no extensions enabled. System details: Google Chrome Version 88.0.4324.192 (Official Build) (x86_64) D&D 5E by Roll20 character sheet

I am also having this issue- I can occasionally open a sheet- but most character sheets (PC/ NPC/ creature) give me nothing but the ever-spinning wheel... Strangely this is ONLY a problem (thus far) for ONE game I am running and not any other game I am running or playing. Had a game to run tonight!

Yeah I'm getting the same issues and I can't seem to load up sheets properly. I do run some scripts on the browser, but even turning them off doesn't solve anything. It takes a long time to load, the sheets don't load up properly and I can't drop things in if they do.

The problem went away for me for a while, but now it's back. I'm in the middle of running a game and my characters can still load their sheets but I can't load any handouts or PC or NPC sheets

Two of my players are having the same issue.
