Cant open the Charactermancer for existing characters

My players and I are currently running into the problems that the charactermancer is unopenable, one of the players wanted to take his backup character and level it up, but the charactermancer is just unopenable, making new characters and opening it there works, but opening it on an existing character is impossible

Which sheet? And which browser are you both using? Does the issue persist in a private browsing window?

were using the standard 5e sheet, I'm on Chrome, and he's on Firefox, no extensions, and the only API were using is group initiative. Also doesnt work in a private browsing window, the weird thing is that it is only a problem in one of my Campaigns

I've just levelled up 4 characters using the charactermancer for D&D 5E on my account using Firefox. My character sheets are in the standard roll20 windows, they are not "popped out".
