Jukebox playing issues

Good evening. I am meddling a bit with the music I have on my Jukebox for a game I've been directing for almost a year so far. I wanted to play some tracks today while I was fixing some reveal marks, but after playing three or four of them, my jukebox does not want to play/load anything anymore. In order to play other tracks than those three or four, I have to reload the page and then I can select different tracks, but the problem remains: after playing three or four, it does not want to play anything. Any advice regarding this issue? Thank you...
This is something I run into using Brave.  Apparently, R20 only supports Firefox and Chrome, so inspite of Brave being basically Chrome, it has some hangups here and there.  They have never fixed the memory leak with Firefox so far as I am aware, and I personally dislike Chrome, so I put up with some bugs.  That happens to be one of the bigger ones I routinely encounter. Lately it's also started to play multiple tracks over each other while on autoplay, too.
I am having this same issue.  My playlists will not play beyond one or two songs.  When I have one track set to continuously play it only plays once and stops. Roll20, your product is pretty poor right now. 
Experiencing this issue as well, happens exactly as described - anywhere from 1 to 4 tracks will play fine, then nothing works until I refresh the page.
I'm only able to get 1-2 songs to play before it just stops playing music. I'll start playing a song, it'll jump to "Now Playing", and then abruptly stop a split second later. Can't get past this point without refreshing, which also takes agonizingly long.
Having the exact same issue as Spencer. I have to refresh the page to get any songs I've uploaded to work, and it's only that song that works then. Music from Incomptech works fine, it seems to be user uploads only having the problem right now.
I'm also having this issue - been using the same tracks and playlists for MONTHS and now for some reason randomly tracks just won't even play? Sometimes it shows the waves of the track but stays at 0:00/0:00 and other times it just shows the null time marker and the track doesn't even load Roll20 wtf man
I have just recently run into this issue as well. One of my players has told me that he could still hear music when it stays at 0:00 and but I could not. It seems as though the music plays just not for me. I have also only noticed this while using personal music ive uploaded and most of the songs that come with jukebox have been playing fine.

There's something going on with the GM (or DM).  Players can hear it.  DM can't.  DM needs to refresh.  And when you see the track at 0.00 you need to refresh
I am also in the same boat here. I have the big campaign finale coming up and the soundtrack makes it! if I can't tell what my players are hearing then it will be a disaster! Hopefully, this gets resolved soon! 
Same issue. Solved by reloading the page in both Firefox and Chrome. After about 4 or so tracks, the Jukebox stops working for the GM. Please fix this!

I had this issue last night.
I also experienced the same issues last night. Music will stay at 0:00:00 but sometimes some of my players will be able to hear it but I hear nothing. If I refresh I may be able to play a song or two but then even my players who could hear it before now can’t. 
I'm experiencing the same issues on Chrome. I emptied my cache, and it worked for a bit, but now, same same. 1 or 2 tracks will play fine before the Jukebox stops playing or a track kept being stuck at 00:00
Same issue here with Firefox. We have to reload the page everytime music changes.

Since monday my Jukebox is giving me nothing but trouble. Playing single tracks on loop works, but playing playlists on loop stops after playing one track, if at all. Edit: Songs i uploaded do only play irregularly. Songs from the Roll20 internal database seem to play fine.
Ran a game tonight and when using playlists only the first song loaded and worked. When the next song was supposed to start, the 'Now playing' just went blank and the players couldn't hear anything either. Same playlist I've been using for weeks without issues until now.
Music doesn't work here, too. Once again Problems with it. We have to reload every time our GM wants to start a new Song. It's impossible to let the playlist just play. Roleplaying is NOT funny this way!

It started yesterday, it was 3 or 4 songs. Today it was every song happening. I use Firefox and the only solution was to refresh the page every time. It is very annoying. Also before that I had problems with uploading soundtracks, sometimes they were broken, I had to reupload again and couldn't delete the broken one (which was counted as uploaded). It's not exactly a playing issue, but it has something to do with the Jukebox.
Sigh  I've got the issue as well. Music is a big part of my games. Hopefully this is resolved soon.

I've been experiencing this same issue. Just had it with my game I ran tonight.
Same issue here. Latest Chrome, Windows 10. Pressing play on a track will either a) sit at 0:00-0:00, b) show the track for a few seconds, then it disappears, or c) play the track (tonight was 1 in 10 tracks would play). I’m very disappointed in this.
Issue encountered last night as well rendering the music and atmospheric sounds useless for the session. Very disappointing as I predominantly pay for Roll20 storage for the jukebox functionality.
One of the many ongoing issues with this dumpster fire service.  It's been going downhill for MONTHS, and now it's getting to the point where it's literally unusable.  Really wish I had not dumped hundreds of dollars into this service and trapped myself here.  DNDBeyond can't release their VTT soon enough.

+1 on this. Put a huge damper on my session yesterday (of note it seems like they had other server based issues at the time they were recovering from too). It has been buggy for a while, usually resetting my cache and reloading before session resolves it. This did not work yesterday however. I have a rather long selection of music (1-2 hours in a playlist), not sure if that is impacting it.
Same problem here, this kind of bug have always happened from time to time during my campaigns but since a couple of days it has become unbearable. It happens at almost every song that i start. The music count is either blocked to 00:00 or nothing appears, or nothings plays, i have to refresh, then i hear it, and my players some hears it, and others dont, so i have to stop it again an restart it. I always use Chrome and my computer is a strong machine, my cookies are cleared, but the problem remains. Like a LOT of users, the music is one of The MOST important parts in my games, its impossible to play correctly or to roleplay in this conditions.  Big thanks to the support team for everything you do, i know its not easy. I hope you are resolving this a soon as possible, its a very big issue for a lot of players. (especially when it happens to EVERY SONG you try to play xD) It makes simply the roleplaying impossible. Ok, that problem exists for days now! No respons by the support, no help, no service! I wonder for how long my GM and others will still pay for a bad working game!
I'd like to avoid the doom and gloom predictions, but the Jukebox is basically unusable right now. After every 1 to 2 tracks, it locks up and won't play anything, Some people have reported that it's a DM only issue. I would submit not. Neither I nor my players hear anything when it locks up. We ALL have to refresh to get this working. Clearing the cache does nothing. Resetting PCs does nothing. This is an error on Roll20's end.

It is a problem in some of my games (for players and GM) but not others. No rhyme nor reason I can see.
It's clearly a bug as we can see in the code, I'd like to see some acknowledgment from support regarding this issue soon. Please? 
Also experiencing this issue in my Chrome-run game, even after clearing cache, as others said. As previous post indicated, acknowledgment from support would be nice.
Yeah, I just tried running in Firefox.  I mentioned I normally run this in Brave, but I'm having the same jukebox issues in Firefox, which you guys support. So...  this is something on your end, I'm afraid.

It seems like R20 has constant issues all the time lately - and the music now the  latest in a long list of annoying things that ruin the game play for my many groups.  It has caused me to invest in SYRINSCAPE and I'm starting to migrate to Foundry - much as I hate to have lost the investment in so much marketplace stuff here.  Very frustrating to say the least. Wish they'd clean up their act.

I went crazy with this issue.  I spent way too much time searching for solutions.  I'm glad it's being fixed.  Whew...I love my game's soundtrack and I thought it was toasted.
Any news? a lot of us have games scheduled for today and it would be a shame to have to cancel them.
