How to make fixed token(floating token) and global variables

Hi, I'm trying to make a game with a brightness system like the Darkest Dungeon. I want to know how to make a fixed token that doesn't move even when scrolling. I mean, like the TOP button on a website. So I want to make that players don't have to wander around looking for brightness icons when playing with tokens. And is there any global variable? For ex, if I change one variable, all character’s ATT stat goes up and down. If this features need to use API, I’m willing to upgrade to a pro user. And also need to use API, my  coding skill is at a very basic level,  please let me know some helpful articles. If you have had any of these similar questions, I’m sorry. Have a nice day.

I have no idea what Darkest Dungeon does.  There isn't a way to make a token that stays at the same place on the screen regardless of scrolling, but you can make Macro buttons and they are always available.  If you're dragging in Brightness Icons, you could make a character that has them and all players can drag in. Setting all the attributes of characters together requires an API script.  There are scripts that would let you put together a macro that does that for a known set of characters pretty easily.
OMG I got it.  You’re genius, Mr.Aaron.  Thank you SOOOOOOOO much!!!
