Download 'issue' with my own marketplace items

Hello Everybody! I hope this is the right session to discuss this, if not, please help me get the right session! I've noticed that since the last updates I can't anymore download my packages from the item manager. To make it more clear (Or trying to...) Everything I have uploaded as content for the marketplace, till some days ago, could have been downloaded by me (As creator) from the page of the item iself. Since the last post/entries, it seems I can't do it anymore. Is it something that has been changed or am I experiencing a bug?

While this issue isn't yet solved for me, At today I have a new problem with the marketplace. I was setting the description for an item for sale and... I have noticed that the price didn't get updated. I tried again, writing the description, setting all the required notes, everything was fine and I have "saved". I've been waiting for my browser to end the operation... Just in case if it was cause of me, maybe. But even after that... all the work is lost: Description hasn't be saved, the tags are blank and the price also is set to FREE again. What's going on? Is it a server issue? Anyone having the same problem?

Eek, Ren. Do you have an email contact with a Marktplace Coordinator? Try that. Or, try the Help Center at the top, it's a link to submit a Report asking for help from Roll20. As you can see from waiting 4 days already on this thread, the Community Forum is not consistently being answered in recent months.
I have the same issue. Purchased Tomb of Horrors a few evenings ago, and can't even choose a file for the game pic/header, let alone find the purchases within the game. Crazy waste of time & money.
I meant purchased Tales of the Yawning Portal .
Ignore the above - Just clicked on an update link & everything seems to be working fine (tbh, may be a user error!).

Actually, I've been in touch with the support as well (or at least, I've sent them an email and still didn't get any answer) but I still wanted to understand if this "issue" of being unable to download my own pack was a bug or an update, So, for this reason, I was wondering if anyone had the same issue. Glad you could solve your problem Denny =) Update: It seems I can now update and submit the packages for the store. But still, I can't see the download button available. So I'll keep my researches, hoping to hear more experience and still waiting for the support to reply (not that urgent, but still a thing I'd like to understand).
