Music Not Playing

Is anyone else having issues with uploaded audio tracks not playing?  Tracks in playlists seem to be having an especially hard time. I've made sure it isn't a performance issue on my end.  I've deleted the tracks from the game and reuploaded them from the audio archive.  I've uploaded new versions of the tracks to the archive from my computer.  Nothing seems to work.  Sometimes the track will play, sometimes it won't.  Sometimes it will partially play, and then stop.  Sometimes one or several tracks in a playlist will play, but then the playlist will stop and won't play further.  Sometimes some people can hear the audio, while others can't. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
