An epic struggle between Gods and Titans ravaged the world of Thylea. To prevent further destruction, an Oath of Peace was sworn between the Gods and Titans, but now, the Oath is nearing its end. Great heroes of prophecy are called in Thyleas time of need to end the conflict once and for all. Poets will sing of your deeds for centuries to come.... if you survive. Odyssey of the Dragonlords is a Greek themed campaign, taking the party to Level 13, and then onwards to Level 20 with an opportunity to ascend to Godhood. Each character chooses an Epic Path, which determines the the struggles they must undertake on their own personal quest, as well as to ultimately attempt to save Thylea from the Titans wrath. A little about me - Hi prospective players, I'm Ghostly, from NZ. I've been DMing for about 10 years now, and its something I love doing. When a group gets together, gets invested in a story, each others characters, and gets a few hours of escapism in an epic fantasy world, great things happen. I've run long campaigns, short campaigns, great campaigns and failed campaigns. I've learned what works as a DM, how to customize games for player engagement, and how to navigate the various complications that arise from playing online - all so you get the best experience possible. Roll20 will be used for character sheets and battlemaps, Discord for Voice (required) and Video (encouraged but not required). I have 99% of the Roll20 compendium which you will have access to for ease of character creation and levelling. I run 3-4 hour sessions, with the last hour being used to find the appropriate stopping point. There will be an opportunity for players to pick a starting level between 1-3, I am happy to customize the experience based on where you wish to start. First session is free, which will contain an opportunity for roleplay, followed by a combat encounter, another roleplay encounter, and then the hook for the next session. Sessions afterwards, if you choose to continue playing, will be charged at $15 per player per session, payable by Paypal, due two days before the scheduled session.
