Monster Token not useable

Hi everyone, my problem is, that I can not shit+click on a token to open his Monster/Charakter sheet and roll Initiative for example with it. It just wont show it even if im searching it in my Adventure monsterbar. I play Ghosts of Saltmarch with two groups and one is working totally fine and the other is not working i tryied everything. thx for helping! :)

Is the token set to represent a character (monster)?  Also, is this token a pre-existing one in the module, or did you drag it in from the journal?

Yes for example a standard Bandit. I havent imported anything yet. In one of my games it is working and in the other not. I tryied it with the same bandit on the same page. 

And just to be sure, you still have the DnD 5e character sheet installed in the Game?

What do you exactly mean with Charakter sheets installed ? But i think so at least i can search for the token in the campaign creatures/monster Token set and when i click on them i cant see the stat sheet.

Okay, i just found the solution. I didnt select DnD 5e charakter sheet in game options. So thank you very much for your help :)  Do i need to delete or close this thread ?
