Anyone know a good way to adapt the conditions list in the Combat Master API for Roll20? It's set for D&D 5e, but I need it to work for PF 2e. To clarify, I mean a way to change or add conditions to the list that doesn't require 12+ hours of typing (hyperbole) for everything applicable from the CM menu.
