Some help please!

I'm involved in 3 games using Roll20. In one of them, no lighting (Dynamic OR Legacy) is used. Game responds absolutely fine. In a game that I RUN, I use legacy lighting. Game responds absolutely fine. In the third game, the GM is using Dynamic Lighting, and the game becomes cripplingly slow for me. Lag between selecting an attack and the attack result showing = SEVEN SECONDS . Lag between another player moving and me seeing their movement can be three to four seconds . Nobody else experiences this lag, including my wife playing on her laptop. Why is this happening and how can it be fixed please, it's making this game almost unplayable :(

If you haven't done so already, it might be a good idea to run through the troubleshooting steps. https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues UDL is based on webgl, if I understand right, so you might also want to visit this page and make sure you are seeing the spinning box: https://get.webgl.org/ There is a link on that test page to further instructions that pretty much boil down to "make sure your graphics drivers are up to date" and "try toggling hardware acceleration off in browser settings". Maybe something in there will help.
