My understanding (which may not be fully correct) is that their support team hasn't grown as fast as the number of clients during the current world situation. They have basically fallen back to answering tickets (that get generated through the Help Center) first, and then following up stuff on the forums if they have time. There are some issues on the forums that get checked on more frequently, because they are specific things that certain parts of the dev team work on (like the 5E sheet thread, the UDL thread, etc.). Unacceptable or not, they have to work with what they have, and that is the way things are at the moment. That's all well and good, but a simple, "We're looking into it" would do for just about everyone. They have folks haunting these forums, I don't think that is asking too much.
