What happened to the Roll20 Company???

Nobody response to emails, all the company contact methods only go to auto responses, None of my purchases are getting thru the site.   I cannot even buy my Annual Pro memberhship.   Is everything ok with them?  Did they go out of buisness?? Did Nolan get into some kind of legal troubles?  what the heck is going on?  I know I am not the only one who is experiencing severe customer service issues with this company.  I know it had been a source of problems for lots of ppl in the past, and all the company reviews are terrible, but what happened?  Did all the employees walk off the job?  What is going on over there?

The best method for contacting Roll20 is by making a request on the Help Center. That is their preferred method of communication(for a good reason), and emails/forum post are much more likely to get lost, as those aren't integrated to their ticket tracking system. Just because you haven't gotten a quick reply from a human doesn't mean everything have turned upside down or things ceased to function. Did all the employees walk off the job? 3 hours prior to your posting, Roll20 announced the time and date of the next community round table.
Nope... nope nope.   Any company that treats the customers the way Roll20 has, is not worthy of business.   Goodbye.
