Hi Nick, I dig your style. Short, sweet, and to the point. I am a little unclear as to whether you are looking for an established group, or are trying to create your own. My boyfriend and I made a post last night looking for players for D&D 5th edition, completely free to play. So far we have 1 person fully invested in the game, I have sent out invites for 2 more players who expressed interest and we need 2 more people because my boyfriend will be playing the 6th character and I am the DM. About the game: My girlfriend and I want to start our own homebrew game with homebrew rules for 5 th edition Dungeons and Dragons for a campaign. I myself am a seasoned DM but I really want to play, girlfriend wants to try her hand out in the DMing so we are looking for a few players to join us (at least 5 others). For this game it will probably end up being more chaotic and darker, she is a huge fan of SLA industries (and old game nobody’s ever heard of) and wants to incorporate the world of Mort into D&D, so be prepared for lots of rainstorms, lots of combat, a lot of role play, and lots of people who want to backstab you. All alignments are welcome, this is not an evil game per say but it is also not a good game leaning more towards a grey game. Game play will be 50/50 role play and combat. If you really really want to do something role play your heart out and you will likely get it. Playtime & Timezones: We are located in Pacific standard time zone. Once our group is established, we can then agree on a time (we are flexible as of right now for when to play). We would like to play at least twice a month. Sessions will go from 2-4 hours depending on what is happening. Important Information: If you are familiar with SLA industries and enjoyed the game play, please join our game!!! Don’t worry if you don’t know what this is as new players are welcomed and encouraged to join, especially seeing as how the DM is green. No rule lawyering in this game!!! If you have a rule question, feel free to ask but let’s not destroy the game. The main point of this game is to enjoy the game and respect the players. Anyone who does not abide by these rules will be asked to leave. We would appreciate it if players are 18 years old or older as this is a more mature setting. We are using Discord for our VoIP, also using Roll20’s platform for all the maps, D&D beyond will also be utilized for this game.
