Hello all I'm Shektor and I wish to join a Cyberpunk game, here are some infos about me, if any questions should arise don't be afraid to ask me. Your Name: Shektor Age: 28 Time Zone: GMT+2 How long have you been playing Cyberpunk: Never played Cyberpunk Red, only read the Core Book. I mostly play 5e for like 6 years and other games like Starfinder, Pathfinder. What about this game interests me: The whole humanity aspect. Most of the games are either drowned in fantasy or in Sci-Fi space opera, but this game is realistic to me. It deals with real emotions, real people. They all have wants and needs. I can understand and relate to them. The world seems realistic in it's design and whole of Cyberpunk is just a internal view on humanity itself. What I'm trying to say is, that it is more grounded. What kind of experience are you looking for: I'm looking for a game with difficult choices, a fluent RP and a game where my PC can evolve, be it good or bad. Also I'm a 50/50 on RP and Combat, but I'm not clingy on that one. What do I expect from me a GM: The same that he can expect from me, to be on time, give notice if he can't be there. Show me the same respect I would show him. To keep the game going at a good pace and try to make the whole experience enjoyable for the whole party. How would you describe yourself as a Player: I have a relaxed personnality and a lot of humour, my PC always reflect that part of me, even in dark situations there is a joke hiding in a corner. I’m not a player that tries to outshine the group or take controll of the group, I like to solve problems with the group and I always try to addapt myself to my group. I’m not a murderhobbo or a lonewolf kind of guy, I respect the rullings of the DM, but will ask questions in private if I’m not ok with a decision, I never question the DM in front of other players, because I know how it feels. I also live in Belgium and speak four langages : Russian, French, German and English. Character Concept: Leon Kevlev, a assassin/hired killer (Solo) from eastern european decent. He works for the highest bidders. He never refuses a contract and the opportunity to make a name for himself. The most important thing to him is power, because the more power he has, the more freedom he will enjoy. Some of his old employers are trying to kill him now, but he isn't worried, he takes it with a big smile on his face, it's almost weird how happy he can be, considering his situation. His best friend and lover Julia died during a attack from a Corporation. Backstory: Leon Kevlev is the son of Arthur Kevlev and Louisa Kevlev, he had one sister and a younger brother. At the age of 3 all of his family was killed during an alltercation between two rival gangs. For two years the boy had to survive on his own, it was brutal and there were days where death seemed to be a better option. One day he tried to steal from a member from a local gang « The Twin Blades », he caught the boy. He was impressed by his courage and the balls he had to steal from him. Without being asked, he had to join the gang. There he met Julia, a young redheaded girl, that was only a year older than him. They quickly became friends and later on even lovers. The members of the gang taught him how to conduct buisiness, to kill, to extort and even some sort of diplomacy. Life was better for him, but he had bigger dreams for him and Julia, he wanted a brighter futur for the both of them. So he accepted a job from a Corporation that paid extremely well, they wanted him to kill a man who stole their property. He found and killed the man with the help of Julia. She insisted to help him. After completing his work he returned the stolen property to the Corporation, but they ambushed them, killing Julia in the process. He managed to escape and to return to his gang hideout. There were bodies everywhere, all of the gang members were killed. The corporation slaughtered all of them. On that day Leon leaned that only the powerful are truly free, in order to become powerful he needs money. So he became a hired killer, the more he kills, the more money he makes. This money will give him the power to be free.
