Click on Name in Turn Order to Jump to Character

Proposal: If you are zoomed in on one player on the map and you click on another character's name listed in the Turn Order window (whether they be a player or NPC), the map will move to be centered on the character whose name you clicked on. Essentially the names will be a link to jump to the character's icon.
