Your party's patron is nervous. Another one of his groups was due back from a small forest village called Sumpter to collect a carriage for a supply mission. However, they're a week late. Your patron will pay you handsomely (as always) to take the supply carriage to the village of Sumpter, find out what has waylaid the other party, and deliver the goods to them so they can complete their mission. As you travel toward the village, you hear tales of strange weather - torrential rains and sudden heat waves. You hear of rivers that never flood washing out roads. And you hear that no one from the village of Sumpter has been seen for weeks... Environmental Impact is a 3.5 edition D&D module from Wizards of the Coast that I've updated for 5th edition D&D. This adventure is an exploration and combat-oriented game with some role playing. This is a game for 4-5 players at level 7. We'll complete this adventure in a single session lasting approximately 4 hours. We'll be using a 27 point buy for stats. Players have starting class equipment, as well as 500 gp for weapons, armor, sundries, spell components, and common magic items. Player inventories will be subject to DM approval. Players may use D&D official source material, except Ravnica , Eberron , Theros , Wildemount , Ravenloft , and Unearthed Arcana. Certain features from accepted source books will not be permitted, so please check before you finalize your character. Feel free to import your own character! We'll be playing this game on Roll20, but we'll use Discord for audio. Players will receive the Discord server link when the start time approaches.
